This product, which Point conceptualized in 1999, allows Point customers to use CD-based video playback to provide expert training while using the system. The only requirements to operate this program are a typical MS Windows machine, Internet Explorer and a CD-ROM drive. Using Internet Explorer, clients are quickly able to navigate to system modules, select procedural topics covered, and view a video clip explaining exactly what and how that feature works. This visual training method allows clients the flexibility to obtain help anytime they need and eliminates the dependency on others and complements both the on-line help and documentation provided.
