This product is fashioned for Municipal Treasurers or the person responsible for administering Tax Title accounts and those that are in the process of either taking or foreclosure by the Municipality. When integrated with TaxValues^™ Collector, this program creates a seamless electronic process for the management of Deferred and Delinquent tax levies. The program includes the ability to include both original and subsequent tax filings, and track all detail for the basis of any unpaid balances. The software allows multi-year posting with accurate up-to-date interest calculation regardless of when the account was placed in Tax Title. A comprehensive set of reports are included in this module including statements of account, unpaid balance registers and daily posting journals for deposit reconciliation.
