TaxValues™ Assessor is the premier computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) system for today’s municipal real estate tax assessor. This application combines the power of a Microsoft® SQL™ database engine with the elegance of a web-based graphical user interface, giving tax assessors a robust tool for determining property values and ad valorem taxes. Putting TaxValues™ Assessor to work, assessors can achieve the following via the Internet/Intranet:

• Access, manage and print property record cards, tables and other vital information
• Produce ad hoc reports
• Calculate values using the three accepted approaches to real estate valuation: income, sales, and cost
• Analyze sales to assessment ratios yielding mean, median, variance, standard deviation, average absolute deviation and coefficients of dispersion (CODs)
• Generate accurate and easy-to-read bills effortlessly
• Add visual data for buildings, such as photos and sketches*

Mobile Data Collection

Point Software’s TaxValues™ Assessor is fully compatible with the Tablet PC, coupling the power of the workstation application with the freedom to use it out in the field! On returning to the office, you can synchronize with the municipal real estate database to upload all new or updated property information.
