TaxValues™ Motor Vehicle
TaxValues™ Motor Vehicle handles all tasks related to motor vehicle excise billing and collection, including the calculation of unpaid balances, the receipt of monies and the accurate daily turnover of all monies received. The majority of excise records are imported from RMV data, with the software allowing the tax collector to add records as necessary. This program includes several posting options, including bar code scanning, lockbox service, online payment exchange and deputy import. Collectors also have the option of utilizing Point’s Deputy Services for the automated transfer of delinquent bills.
Lookups are possible by owner name, location, bill number and registration, in conjunction with history tracking for the life of the registration. A comprehensive library of reports is available with this product to aid the collector in balancing and to display commitment status.
