Keeping tabs on every application, permit, report, notice and other document for a municipal project can be a project in and of itself. It doesn’t need to be, however. DocumentLink™’s project management tools make it possible for everyone involved with the project to see all associated documentation at a glance.
By creating a project, you create a central reference point to which submitted forms and uploaded documents can be linked. As long as the project is active, those working on the project can continue to add to it.
A number of project-level functions are available through DocumentLink™, including status update and search capabilities. DocumentLink™ also provides a good way of managing individual documents within a project, with task tracking and alerts for all open items.
