Customer Survey Rates Point Exceptional Across the Board
The results are in from Point’s annual customer survey. Point received exceptional rating for its customer service, product capabilities, ease of use, consistency, staff knowledge, and deputy collector services. Point conducts this survey as one way of ensuring that it is still serving its customers well in all areas and pinpoint any weak spots in need of correction.

Point Satisfies DLS, Customers with New Spreadsheets
To address changes to the reporting requirements of the Massachusetts Division of Local Services (DLS), Point released a new group of Excel spreadsheets to its CAMA users. As usual, Point added a few extras to make the customer’s job easier – automated binding and a “refresh on demand” feature.
