ABOUT
The Point Users Group (PUG) was established in 1993 for all users of Point products. Conferences are held for the purpose of training, education and communication. The success of each conference as a positive user experience is ensured through the joint efforts of Point Software, Inc. and the Point Education Committee. Arrangements for the conferences are handled by Point Software. The curriculum is developed by the Point Education Committee, a knowledgeable group of Point’s users who possess a keen awareness of what topics have the greatest importance to their fellow users.

ONLINE FORUMS
The online forum site serves as a collaborative space to which Point users can post questions, comments, news and information on a variety of topics related to Point applications and municipal government.
